Monday - Saturday

RUSH is a 45-minute full body interval training class that consists of a combination of strength and conditioning. Participants select their own weights and go at their own pace, with the guidance of a certified personal trainer.


What you can expect

The Warm Up
To begin class, your coach will spend 5 to 10 minutes putting you through a proper dynamic warm up.

The Workout
After your warm up, you will then go through a 35 minute, interval training workout that is focused on strength and conditioning. You will use dumbbells, kettle bells, bikes, rowers, treadmills, and the prowler.

The Recovery
The final 5 minutes of class will be dedicated to recovery. Your coach will put you through a cool down that will include foam rolling, stretching, and mobility work.
